Delivery Policy – Australian Deliveries
All of our deliveries are made by Australia Express Post or other couriers. Although we do not guarantee a delivery date it is generally accepted that Express Post deliveries are made the day after dispatch*. For your convenience and protection we offer you a replacement guarantee if your goods are lost in transit. This will be done once all reasonable efforts have been made to locate your parcel have been unsuccessful
* to post codes defined by the Express Post one day service
International Delivery (outside Australia)
Currently there is no delivery to places and territories outside of Australia
Billing Currency
All transactions are billed in Australian (AUD) dollars
Payment Methods
Payment is made at the time of order. We accept Visa Card and MasterCard
For all credit card payments, we take commercially reasonable measures to establish a secure connection with your web browser and our payment system. We also take all appropriate steps to protect any information you share with us. All credit card transactions are made on the ANZ bank site for your protection. We only use credit card numbers to process your payment. We do not retain them for any other purposes
Warning
The magnetic backings used on our name tags are not suitable for use on people with any form of heart or electronic implant. The magnetic field may interfere with these devices.
The magnetic backing used on the back of the tags may be a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children
Warranty
Custom Name Tags are covered by our quality warranty for a period of three months from date of delivery. Warranty covers faulty materials or workmanship only. Warranty does not cover equipment, which has been abused or used for any other purpose than it was designed
Returns & Refunds Policy
Goods can only be returned under the following circumstances:
1. There are faulty materials or workmanship
2. Printing/layout is different from the uploaded layout. Please note variations in colour due to the printing process are not grounds for return of goods
3. Spelling mistakes that have been made by Name Tags Australia
The final decision on whether the goods are faulty is made by Name Tags Australia
No refunds will be made if you change your mind after the order has been placed and paid for
We are happy to replace faulty returned goods if we have received an email notification from you within five working days of delivery. The email address is sales@nametagsaustralia.com.au After receipt of your email, we will send you a confirmation email with details on how and where to return your goods
Please note:
Any goods that are deemed to be faulty will be replaced in a timely manner. No compensation is payable nor is there a monetary refund. The return of the goods to us is at your own cost
Privacy
You will be able to navigate our web site while remaining anonymous. We cannot determine any personal information about you unless you provide us with details.
At times, we may need to ask you for information so we can process your order. Any information that you provide to us will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with Name Tags Australia.
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. Name Tags Australia does not provide any personal or business information, regardless of its source, to any third party. Our only purpose in gathering information is to process your order. We will only send you information at your request.
